Encube Lab LLC may review, edit, approve, or reject submissions. Approved content may be displayed publicly with contributor attribution.

The Platform’s design, architecture, branding, and systems are owned by Encube Lab LLC.

Contributors retain recognition for their submissions.

By submitting content, you grant Encube Lab LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the Platform.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform data is prohibited.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, Encube Lab LLC does not warrant the completeness or correctness of any technical information.

Users are solely responsible for verifying data before making engineering, procurement, or safety decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encube Lab LLC shall not be liable for errors in content, vendor disputes, indirect damages, or losses arising from reliance on Platform information.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial practice, without exclusive reference to any single jurisdiction.
